Support Technician:

IT Systems, LLC is currently seeking a part-time support technician to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Performing PC hardware installs and repairs
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
  • Providing support for software such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and other business software
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows Server
  • Supporting and configuring routers, switches, access points and other networking hardware
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
  • Performing and testing backups
  • Managing technical documentation
  • Communicating clearly, effectively and patiently
  • Working independently as a motivated, reliable and trustworthy individual

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A+ and/or Network+ Certification
  • Associates degree (or higher) in IT related studies preferred
  • IT/Tech Support experience
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in IT related field
